We want you to be fully satisfied with your Reencle Home Composter; if it’s not the right fit for your kitchen, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please ensure the unit is cleaned and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Composter

Empty the internal bin, wipe down the unit thoroughly, and secure the power cord to ensure the device meets our hygiene standards for transit.

Pack and Label

Place the Reencle inside its original box with all protective foam inserts and clear instructions, then affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
